MY EUGeneral Objective: The main objective is to give to citizens the opportunity to interact and participate in constructing a closer Europe, which is democratic, united in and enriched through its cultural diversity, thus developing citizenship of the European Union; developing a sense of European identity, based on common values, history and culture.
Specific objective: -Ensure a wide, well structured dialogue and an intense cooperation among twinned towns with reference to the active participation in the EU political life of specific target groups: women, youngsters and minorities. -Foster the democratic process in a shared, participatory bottom – up approach, through public debates that involve citizens, local authorities and EU representatives -Collect and address specific interests and expectations of citizens about EU political agenda Documents |
